Andrew was professional and exception as a realtor. His knowledge helped me stay away from properties that had foundation issues before even putting in an offer. His knowledge of housing code, etc. allowed for significant negotiations after the accepted offer and allowed for me to get my most bang for my buck. I wasn't the quickest to make a decision, and toured a number of properties. However, he never grew impatient. Instead, he continually provided round the clock superb customer service. Often time responding to trivial questions on weekends, or outside of business hours. His level of customer service and catering is rare, but extremely appreciated. He doesn't sugar coat things, and will give you honest feedback. H will stand up for you when needed in the turmoil of housing negotiations. He is exactly what you want in a realtor!
